We're Hiring: Executive Assistant & PMO to the CEO
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and energetic Executive Assistant & PMO to the CEO to serve as the CEO's right hand. This trusted position combines high-level executive support, project management, cross-functional coordination, and strategic business assistance across global operations. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, detail-oriented, professional, assertive, and able to drive processes and keep priorities moving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and follow up on executive management tasks, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Coordinate communication and alignment between the headquarters in Israel and global subsidiaries.
- Prepare executive meeting agendas, collect materials, document meeting minutes, and monitor execution of action items.
- Prepare high-quality business presentations for executive management, board meetings, investors, and strategic clients.
- Conduct business research and market analysis and prepare concise executive briefs before important meetings.
- Manage complex international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate customer and partner visits, including logistics, hospitality, and event planning.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, prioritize requests, and act as the primary gatekeeper.
- Handle ongoing executive administrative responsibilities and support multiple projects as needed.
- Coordinate with production teams, customers, and other stakeholders while managing multiple priorities.
- Support the CEO in keeping business processes organized and moving efficiently across the organization.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role in a global or industrial company.
- Previous experience supporting a CEO or senior executive in a global organization.
- Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to draft professional emails and communicate confidently.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong presentation and business communication skills.
- Proven ability to work across teams and drive execution without direct authority.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating with production teams, customers, and multiple stakeholders is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing company.
- Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com or Asana.
- Experience using Claude AI or other AI productivity tools.
- Experience with Priority CRM/ERP or similar business management systems.
- Experience supporting global operations and coordinating with international teams.

Work Setup:
- 100% Remote
- Full-time role
- Working hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Israel Time)
Salary:
- USD 6 to 7 per hour
