The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage OpenShift / Kubernetes platforms in enterprise environments
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using Ansible (playbooks, roles, automation frameworks)
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD)
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices (Terraform, Ansible)
- Support and optimize the application lifecycle (build, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot)
- Execute advanced troubleshooting and performance optimization activities
- Ensure compliance with security, reliability, and operational standards
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps practices and automation strategies
- Interact directly with clients in technical discussions and delivery activities
- Understand business and technical requirements and translate them into solutions
- Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions within the team
- Support workshops, onboarding, and DevOps adoption initiatives
- Apply a consultative approach to deliver value and improve client environments
- Work in cross-functional Agile teams (Dev, Ops, Cloud, Security, Architecture)
- Collaborate on solutioning, delivery, and problem resolution
- Share knowledge and contribute to team capability growth (non-formal mentoring)
Who You Are
Required Technical Skills
- DevOps, CI/CD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Terraform
- Cloud Computing – AWS, Azure, Google Cloud (GCP) and OCI
- Linux / Unix systems administration
- Containers
- Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Argo CD
- Monitoring & logging
- Git / Version Control Systems
- Agile, Scrum, DevOps culture
- ITIL 4 or 5
- Strong consulting mindset (Consult approach)
- Effective client communication and stakeholder interaction
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team delivery
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ownership and accountability in technical activities
- Adaptability in complex and dynamic environments
- 3-5 years of experience in DevOps, or Cloud Engineering
- Hands-on experience with Cloud and Kubernetes environments
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Relevant certifications (Red Hat, Kubernetes, Cloud) are required
