Lead Infrastructure Engineer — Stafford (Hybrid) — £50-60k + Bonus

You won't spend your day working through a ticket queue. You'll be the person clients call when they need a straight answer on their Azure and AWS setup, not another support ticket number.

This business is a government-approved Gold Partner MSP, built in 2020 and growing fast. They run 24/7 IT support across public and private cloud for their clients, and they need a senior engineer who's as comfortable advising a client's leadership team as they are in the CLI.

This is a hands-on technical consultancy role. You'll design and support Azure, AWS and on-prem infrastructure, run CI/CD through Azure DevOps or GitHub, and be the technical voice clients trust when things get complicated.

There's real scope here too. The business is in a growth phase, and that means genuine progression for whoever takes this on.

We don't need someone who knows everything but you will get to play with the likes of Terraform, GitHub, AWS, Azure and IaC!

You'll need:

• Solid production experience across both Azure and AWS
• Comfortable managing Linux containers alongside Windows Server environments
• Confidence advising clients directly, not just executing what you're told
• A full UK driving licence and to live within a 25-mile radius of Stafford (hybrid: mostly office-based, remote a couple of days a week)

Salary: £50,000-£60,000
