🎯 What you will do

🔹 Monitor system performance, availability and health

🔹 Identify and troubleshoot technical issues

🔹 Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software

🔹 Support the administration of servers, networks and cloud environments

🔹 Assist with system updates, security patches and maintenance

🔹 Participate in backup and disaster recovery procedures

🔹 Support system and software deployment and configuration

🔹 Contribute to automation and process optimization

🔹 Maintain technical documentation, system logs and knowledge bases

🔹 Collaborate with IT teams and contribute to knowledge sharing

🔹 Stay up to date with new technologies and IT best practices

🧠 What we are looking for

🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field

💻 Experience in IT Support, System Administration or Infrastructure Management

⭐ 2+ years of experience in FinTech companies is preferred

☁️ Familiarity with Cloud technologies and DevOps practices is a plus

🔧 Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

🧩 Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

🤝 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

🌍 Fluency in English and Macedonian
