🚀 About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer to support a high-performance software development environment. This is not a traditional Systems Administration role.

The ideal candidate understands how cloud services, virtualization, networking, security, endpoint management, and automation work together. You will take ownership of infrastructure challenges and help ensure systems are reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with business and development needs.

🔧 What You'll Own

• ☁️ Administer and support Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
• 🖥️ Manage VMware vSphere / ESXi environments
• 🔐 Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
• 🌐 Support network infrastructure, VLANs, routing, firewalls, and security
• 🛡️ Manage endpoint security and systems administration
• ⚙️ Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to improve processes
• 👨‍💻 Support Dev/Test environments for software development teams
• 📊 Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and health
• 💾 Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery initiatives
• 🔎 Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across multiple technology layers
  

✅ Required Qualifications

• Azure and Microsoft 365 administration experience
• VMware vSphere / ESXi experience
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
• Networking fundamentals including VLANs, routing, and firewalls
• Endpoint security and systems administration experience
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
• Windows and Linux server administration experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work across cloud, virtualization, networking, security, and systems infrastructure
