You will play a critical role in ensuring the high availability of our services across multiple cloud platforms and on-premise systems. The ideal candidate is a technical problem-solver who is equally comfortable troubleshooting complex Linux/Windows issues as they are architecting scalable cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Administration: Perform end-to-end management of Linux and Windows OS environments, including installation, configuration, and routine maintenance.
  • Cloud Management: Monitor and manage multi-cloud resources (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean, Linode) to ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Monitoring & Incident Response: Proactively monitor system health using tools like ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana); respond to alerts and resolve high-priority server resource issues.
  • Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis: Review error logs (Nginx, PHP, System logs) to identify and resolve root causes using structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Security & Networking: Maintain and secure networking components, including VPNs, Load Balancers, Firewalls, and Routing protocols.
  • Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain scripts (Bash, PowerShell, or Python) and Cron jobs to automate repetitive tasks and system backups.
  • Maintenance & High Availability: Execute patch management, system upgrades, and robust Backup/Recovery strategies to ensure 24/7 service continuity.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: * Minimum 1 years of experience in Linux System Administration and Automation.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS and active directory environments.
  • Expertise in web servers and databases: Nginx, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with the ELK Stack is a significant advantage.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Mandarin (Written & Spoken). This is essential as the role involves supporting and collaborating with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts if required to support global operations or emergency maintenance.
