DevOps Engineer (Senior)

Key Contributions

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth integration and reliable deployments
• Maintain stable, secure, and scalable application environments
• Oversee infrastructure provisioning and configuration across dev, staging, and production
• Operate and monitor containerized applications for availability and performance
• Apply Infrastructure as Code to standardize environments and reduce manual work
• Automate testing, security checks, monitoring, and logging to improve system reliability
• Review and approve system changes and deployment requests for compliance

• Support architecture design, performance tuning, and capacity planning
• Maintain documentation for deployments, incidents, and system architecture
• Advise teams on DevOps best practices, security, and cost-efficient infrastructure usage
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve platform stability

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Development or related fields

• At least 3+ years of hands-on DevOps experience with strong exposure to CI/CD, cloud services, automation, and infrastructure management
• Proficient with Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and managing containerized applications
• Solid experience building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
• Skilled in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible
• Strong hands-on experience of Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and cloud security best practices
• Familiar with monitoring & logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK
• Good/Fluent English communication is mandatory
• High competence in problem-solving, systems thinking, and cross-team collaboration
