  • Deployment and CI/CD: Develop and maintain DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) to facilitate rapid, reliable deployment of software and AI features.
  • Monitoring and Observability: Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to track system health, operational metrics, and performance anomalies.
  • AI/LLM Operational Support: Work closely with the AI Engineering team to ensure the integrated Chinese LLMs (e.g., Baidu ERNIE, Alibaba Tongyi Qianwen) are operating reliably in a production environment, managing resources such as GPU allocation.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure all operational procedures, data handling, and infrastructure configurations comply strictly with China’s data security laws and internal governance policies.
  • Collaboration: Participate in agile ceremonies and work effectively with global development teams, requiring proactive English communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related STEM field from a leading university.
  • Strong academic record with demonstrated technical aptitude; candidates with 0-3 years of relevant work experience are welcome.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern systems administration.
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, or local Chinese cloud services).
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills for effective collaboration in a multinational environment. Highly Desirable (Bonus):
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of the Chinese cloud ecosystem and local data center operations.
