Cloud Operations Manager-Core technical skills
•Azure / GCP operations on the Asia time zone.
•Windows Server Lifecycle / HyperV / Microsoft PKI.
•Active Directory /Okta IDP/SSO
•MSP steering and cloud on-call.
Landing-zone support and FinOps awareness.
Middleware run and infrastructure fundamentals (MuleSoft & SFTP).
Disaste3 - Confidentialr Recovery Plan (DRP) contribution.
Experienced cloud operations engineering with a run background on Azure and/or GCP.
•Comfortable steering a cloud MSP and acting as an operational escalation point.
Key responsibilities
•Azure and GCP cloud and infrastructure services on the Asia time zone.
•Steer the cloud partner operationally and act as the escalation relay towards Central.
•Support the landing zone and middleware run on the Asia scope.
•Contribute to the Azure File Share & DR, Windows Server 2016 EOL remediation (Jan 2027) and to knowledge transfer towards Central.
•Ensure operational readiness, capacity planning/upgrades, lifecycle management, and technical health of infrastructure platforms.
•Ensure backup/restore, Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), and business continuity measures are in place and regularly validated.
•Implement FinOps operational practices, monitor, analyze, identifying trends and anomalies.
•Operational support of Middleware platform, including availability, monitoring, access administration, incident coordination, and vendor escalation.
•Provide cloud on-call coverage for the Asia time zone.
•Beyond the Asia scope, and subject to available capacity, contributes to the central operations — supporting the delivery of services to the EMEA / AMER as part of a follow-the-sun model
