Who Will Thrive Here?

We’re particularly interested in engineers coming from environments where downtime has a genuine customer and commercial impact.

E-commerce / digital retail experience is the strongest match, but backgrounds within banking, fintech, telecommunications or other mission-critical technology environments will also be considered.

You’ll need to be technically hands-on, highly self-sufficient and comfortable taking ownership when production needs attention — including occasional critical incidents outside normal working hours.

For an exceptional profile, there is flexibility to elevate the position to Senior Engineer level with an increased package.

If you enjoy owning critical infrastructure, solving complex production problems and working in an environment where DevOps has a direct impact on the customer experience, we’d love to hear from you.
