Job Title: Software Engineer

Location: Sinton, TX (100% On-site) Are you a passionate, full-stack problem solver looking to take true ownership of end-to-end software development? We are looking for an accountable and driven Software Engineer to join our growing on-site IT team! In this dynamic role, you will design, develop, and maintain critical software applications using a modern toolset that includes .NET, Python, and GIT. You will be empowered to independently manage your work and commitments, collaborating directly with end-users to interpret business requirements and translate them into secure, technical solutions. From frontend interfaces to backend logic, you will troubleshoot complex performance issues and implement seamless REST API and Webhook integrations. Additionally, you will play a critical role in database management by designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and triggers in a live production environment.

Responsibilities

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications and services with modern tool set (.Net, Phyton, GIT)
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues
• Document application logic, technical designs, and implementation details
• Follow secure coding practices and FRG organizational development standards
• Independently manage assigned work items and commitments
• Work with the end-user to interpret business requirements
• Design, implement, and maintain SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and triggers with attention to appropriateness and performance
• Continuous learning and skill development

Qualifications

Required: Proven experience in software engineering or development role (frontend and backend development) Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages Excellent troubleshooting skills to analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions Proven experience in developing and maintaining SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and triggers in a production environment. Proficiency in the use of REST API and Webhooks Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated accountability and ownership for assigned work Preferred: Experience with modern application architecture and integration Familiarity with modern automated testing frameworks Relevant bachelor's degree, certifications, or proven equivalent expertise in a related field.
