Formal Education Required
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- ITIL 4 training (or equivalent work experience).
- Five (5) years in an IT role with hands-on cloud experience (public, private, and hybrid) to include:
- Five (5) years’ experience with developing holistic cloud strategies and managing change initiatives.
iii. Experience in workflow automation and performance tuning, including job scheduling and resource allocation.
iv. Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Experience in forecasting, monitoring, and reporting cloud cost metrics, and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Demonstrated proven ability to lead projects and teams with agile methodologies and proper project management as outlined by ITIL 4 training.
- Advanced proficiency in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and compliance frameworks (HIPAA and other relevant standards).
- Strong expertise in DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines) with an emphasis on mentoring and training.
- Ability to analyze and optimize cloud operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
- Minimal, may occasionally move computer equipment (desktop, laptop, monitor, printer, and peripherals) when necessary.
$49.78/hr - $74.68/hr
The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members when determining offers. Please keep in mind that the range that is listed is the full base salary range. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical.
