Senior Developer Operations Engineer

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and operate cloud platforms, Kubernetes environments, Infrastructure as Code, GitOps workflows, observability solutions, and security controls supporting enterprise data, analytics, and AI/ML platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and operate Kubernetes platforms across cloud and hybrid on-premises environments.
• Build Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm.
• Implement GitOps delivery using ArgoCD or FluxCD.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
• Operate Istio service mesh environments using mTLS and zero-trust principles.
• Build observability solutions using New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, and the Elastic Stack.
• Integrate DevSecOps practices, vulnerability scanning, and secrets management.
• Support high availability, disaster recovery, capacity planning, and incident response.
• Promote best practices in platform engineering, automation, and reliability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field; master’s preferred.
• At least five years of DevOps, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or SRE experience.
• Strong production experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Hands-on expertise with Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD or FluxCD, and CI/CD.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid environments.
• Practical knowledge of Istio, mTLS, observability, and DevSecOps.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Full professional fluency in English; English-Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or another regulated industry is highly desirable.
