YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines, integrating security checks early in the development lifecycle and ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Automate security-related tasks, including resource deployment, scanning, validation, reporting, and policy enforcement
• Support secure Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices by integrating scanning and policy-as-code into delivery workflows
• Enhance container security through image scanning, hardening, runtime controls, and improving Kubernetes security posture
• Operate and manage Kubernetes clusters end-to-end, including upgrades, scaling, networking, and troubleshooting activities
• Implement and enforce Kubernetes security best practices, including RBAC, network policies, admission controls, and secure service mesh configurations
• Support secure network design by implementing controlled access patterns and collaborating with infrastructure and networking teams on segmentation
• Contribute to monitoring and incident response readiness by improving logging, alerting, and overall system visibility

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). Relevant certifications such as Security+, Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400, AZ-500, SC-300), or Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKS) are nice to have
• Around 2+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering, with hands-on work in CI/CD environments
• Solid knowledge of Azure cloud services, with focus on networking, identity and access management, monitoring, and encryption (exposure to AWS or GCP is a plus)
• Experience with Entra ID and hybrid identity concepts, including tenants, app registrations, service principals, and access management
• Good understanding of authentication and authorization protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and JWT
• Experience working with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, including securing workflows, approvals, and service connections
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible, including modular design and security scanning practices
• Hands-on experience administering Kubernetes/AKS environments, including networking, scaling, and troubleshooting
• Strong scripting and automation skills using languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar
• Good understanding of Git workflows, including branching strategies and pull request management
• Ability to define standards, create documentation, and contribute to internal best practices and enablement
• Strong ownership mindset, with focus on continuous improvement and delivering measurable results
• Willing to work from Monday to Friday between 12:00 and 21:00 with 1 hour lunch break, in a hybrid system (4 days from our office)
