IT User Support Intern (MTY, N.L.)

What will you do?

• Monitor Application Issues.
• Provide guidance to Internal and External users with processes through the different channels.
• Monitor the different contact channels.
• Resolve application issues.
• Solve Incidents and Service requests on a daily basis.
• Create reports and dashboard for users and support team.
• Develop and review knowledge documentation including white papers, troubleshooting guides and knowledge articles
• A chieve the defined goals defined in the KPIs, team & company goals.
• Perform Non-Regression Testing for the New releases of the applications.
• Attend team activities, meetings, KT, etc.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related experience, graduating in July 2027 or later.
• English - Advanced.
• Software customer experience is desirable
• Experience with ERP, CRM, ECM is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce Reports and Dashboards is a plus
• Excellent communication and articulation skills with ability to work effectively in distributed teams.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, interpersonal and organizational communication skills, and proficiency of software platforms.
• Adaptability to process changes.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus.

Graduation Date: July 2027 or later

Advanced English - MUST

Availability to work in a hybrid schedule from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
