Summary:

As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and constructing cloud-based application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud and on-premises infrastructure. The role includes building and testing these solutions to ensure they meet required standards. Additionally, the engineer deploys infrastructure and platform environments and develops proof of architecture models to evaluate the feasibility, security, and performance of the proposed designs. This position requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure smooth deployment and operational efficiency of cloud applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of cloud solutions.
• Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance and security.
• Document architecture designs and deployment processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Assist junior team members in understanding cloud platform concepts and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure deployment and management.
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
• Ability to design and implement scalable and reliable cloud architectures.
• Familiarity with performance testing and validation of cloud solutions.
• Knowledge of integrating cloud and non-cloud environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
