Role Overview

About The Role

Platform Engineer is part of Willsfly Technologies Inc’s global product engineering hiring system. This role supports enterprise software, platform systems, product maturity, and long-range operating continuity through structured technical contribution and accountable execution.

Delivery Scope

Responsibilities

  • Support enterprise platform engineering across cloud systems, release pipelines, and reliability foundations.
  • Contribute to deployment consistency, observability readiness, and structured platform operations.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve hosting maturity and environment quality.
  • Support scalable platform workflows across enterprise applications and internal systems.
  • Improve continuity and maintainability across the Willsfly platform layer.

Hiring Baseline

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, cloud systems, or release environments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud deployment and operational discipline.
  • Experience with pipelines, container systems, and structured engineering support.
  • Ability to work in enterprise-grade engineering environments.

Preferred Profile

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Kubernetes, observability tooling, or infrastructure-as-code.
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale cloud hosting.
  • Knowledge of release governance and platform reliability.

Academic Alignment

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Infrastructure, Cloud, or related discipline preferred.

Professional Credentials

Certifications

  • Azure Administrator or AWS certification preferred
  • Kubernetes certification is a plus
