We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Systems Specialist role, providing an enthusiastic individual the opportunity to advance their career within a growing team.

About The Role

In this role, you'll join the Cloud Infrastructure team as an escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring ICT services meet expectations. You'll lead and implement cloud projects in a global environment, and prior experience as a technical lead on infrastructure projects is valued.

The position focuses on improving modern workplace applications like Microsoft 365 and Intune. Key tasks include delivering innovative solutions, supporting roadmap planning, and resolving technical challenges.

You'll gain hands-on experience with a collaborative and customer-focused team committed to excellence.

Skills And Experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong experience with technological leadership in a global business
• Demonstratable ability to define solutions for complex problems
• Cloud experience (Azure and Microsoft 365 preferred)
• Microsoft 365 suite
• Intune Endpoint management suite
• Customer focused and always striving for service excellence
• Proactive team player
