AWS Cloud Operations & Platform Readiness Engineer

We are looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Operations & Platform Readiness Engineer to support the setup, monitoring, and operational management of AWS environments for pilot and production deployments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, infrastructure operations, monitoring, alerting, storage management, and database administration to ensure highly available, secure, and scalable cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilitie

sCloud Platform & Environment Managemen

• tConfigure, maintain, and support AWS environments across development, testing, staging, and production
• .Ensure infrastructure is properly provisioned, validated, and optimized to meet business and technical requirements
• .Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to implement cloud operational best practices
• .Support environment readiness activities for pilot and production deployments

.Monitoring & Operational Suppor

• tDesign and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using AWS services
• .Configure dashboards, health checks, metrics, and notifications for proactive issue detection
• .Monitor platform performance, availability, and operational health
• .Provide troubleshooting and operational support for infrastructure and cloud platform issues

.Storage & Database Administratio

• nConfigure and manage Amazon S3 storage, lifecycle policies, and data retention strategies
• .Set up, maintain, and optimize Amazon Aurora (MySQL/PostgreSQL) databases
• .Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures
• .Monitor database performance and recommend optimization improvements

.Release & Operational Readines

• sSupport deployment validation, production readiness assessments, and release activities
• .Develop operational procedures, support documentation, and runbooks
• .Participate in production cutovers, hypercare support, and incident management activities
• .Coordinate with cross-functional teams during deployments and operational events

.Security & Complianc

• eImplement AWS security best practices, including IAM, encryption, access management, and logging
• .Support compliance, audit, backup, and disaster recovery requirements
• .Ensure cloud environments align with organizational security and governance standards
