Summary

A leading organization in the consumer goods industry is seeking a skilled DevOps / Platform Engineer to join their team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in multi-cloud environments, infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and security practices, supporting persistent product teams focused on discovering, delivering, and continuously improving solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, platform, or infrastructure engineering
• Extensive experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Proficient in infrastructure as code with Terraform, Bicep, ARM, or equivalent tools
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud engineering
• Strong understanding of monitoring, observability, and security best practices
• Automation-first mindset with a track record supporting product teams and platform engineering
• Experience deploying across multiple environments with strategy and attention to risk management
• Familiarity with product operating models emphasizing outcome ownership and collaboration
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and hold technical positions under challenge
• An AI-first approach in engineering practices is highly desirable

• Develop and maintain reliable, efficient CI/CD pipelines to support rapid delivery cycles
• Define and implement infrastructure as code to ensure environment reproducibility and version control
• Design multi-environment deployment strategies, including promotion and rollback procedures
• Build comprehensive monitoring and observability solutions for production environments
• Embed security best practices into all phases of the delivery pipeline, including scanning and secrets management
• Collaborate directly with product teams, serving as a trusted platform provider, and incorporate their feedback
• Automate manual tasks to streamline processes and remove potential errors
• Ensure work meets the full Definition of Done, including code review, static analysis, and security checks
