Indexed description

Lenstra was founded by engineers with a passion for Computer Science and a track record of delivering high-quality solutions. We work at the intersection of Cloud Computing, DevOps, Data Platforms, and IT Security, helping top-tier clients in Banking, Insurance, Luxury, and Tech solve their hardest technical challenges.

Our team takes a holistic approach to each client's environment, building solutions that are as elegant as they are impactful. Most of our engineers are core contributors to open-source projects like CPython, Postgres, and Terraform, and we hold strong commitments to engineering excellence and ethics.

About the role:

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Own infrastructure management, monitoring and disaster recovery.

๐Ÿ” Take on DevSecOps responsibilities โ€” secrets management, security posture, pipeline hardening.

โšก Optimise cloud architecture for performance, security and cost.

๐Ÿ“– Share knowledge, write documentation, and stay sharp on what's new.

โ˜๏ธ One thing worth flagging: part of the ramp-up will involve getting hands-on with HashiCorp Vault. If you haven't used it yet, that's fine โ€” we'll support you. If you already have, even better.

What we look for:

  • Precision-minded. You care about the details and hold yourself to a high standard.
  • Strong problem-solver. You analyse before you act, and you keep the customer's success at the centre.
  • Clear communicator. Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Fluent in Python. You're comfortable writing production-quality code.
  • Infrastructure-as-code mindset. You think in code, not in click-ops.
  • Comfortable in cloud environments. Solid knowledge of public or private cloud.
  • Humble and growth-oriented. You take code reviews as a chance to learn, not as a verdict.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluency in both English and French.

What we offer:

๐Ÿ’ฐ Salary from 48k to 80k โ€” based on seniority and interview performance, no surprises

๐Ÿฝ๏ธ Meal vouchers โ€” 50% covered by Lenstra

โค๏ธ Health insurance (mutuelle) โ€” 100% covered

๐Ÿš‡ Pass Navigo โ€” 100% reimbursed

๐Ÿ“ Paris โ€” 3 days onsite / 2 remote

๐Ÿ”„ 3-step process: intro call โ†’ technical interview โ†’ partner chat
