Brief Expectation of the Role: Hands-on experience to provision and manage AWS S3 (knowledge stores), AWS Lambda (serverless execution), Amazon ECS (containerized microservices), and Amazon CloudWatch.

Actively debug complex deployment failures, pipeline breaks.

Configure Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Bases (RAG), vector retrieval stores, and Bedrock Inference Profiles (cross-region routing, throughput management, and model utilization tracking).

Design agent instructions , prompt engineering.

Develop custom Claude Skills/Plugins and integrate Arize reports.

Job Description

Agentic AI Platform Architecture: Design and deploy multi-agent systems (Amazon Bedrock, Claude Sonnet, LangGraph) for enterprise operational automation.

Prompt Engineering & Instruction Refinement: Systematically designing, tuning, and optimizing system prompts, guardrails, and role-based agent instructions for high inference precision.

Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Bases & RAG: Configure vector retrieval stores, hybrid search, and manage data-sync pipelines for enterprise knowledge ingestion (S3, SharePoint, Confluence).

Document Formatting & Chunking Strategies: Structuring documentation layouts (Markdown, structured schemas, metadata tagging) to maximize vector retrieval accuracy and LLM comprehension.

AWS Cloud Infrastructure & CloudFormation: Authoring and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CloudBlocks to provision repeatable environments.

AWS Core Services (Lambda, ECS, S3, CloudWatch): Architecting serverless execution, containerized microservices, object storage, and centralized logging.

LLM Observability & Analytics (Arize AI & Splunk): Tracking multi-agent execution traces, evaluating prompt latency, monitoring tool-calling accuracy, and analyzing system logs.

Deployment Debugging & Resilience: Troubleshooting cloud deployment failures, container health checks.
