Position Overview:

We are seeking a strong Systems and Cloud Administrator to join our team in Surrey. This is a full time Hybrid position that requires some flexibility for evening and weekend work. Systems Administration Experience: The ideal candidate will possess:

• 3-5+ years of Systems Administration or Infrastructure Support experience
• 3-5+ years supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365
• 3-5+ years administering SCCM/MECM and SCOM
• 2-3+ years supporting VMware environments
• Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fiel
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for occasional onsite visits within BC
• Comfortable participating in on-call and after-hours support rotations

In addition:

• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
• Excellent PowerShell scripting capability
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft environments
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Attention to detail and documentation discipline
• Security-conscious mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Reliability for after-hours support and operational ownership

• PowerShell scripting and automation
• Windows Server administration
• Group Policy and AGPM
• DNS, DHCP, DFS
• SCCM / MECM
• SCOM monitoring
• VMware 7.x and 8.x
• Hybrid identity environments
• Endpoint management
• Patch management and vulnerability remediation
• Backup and disaster recovery solutions
• ITIL-based service management processes

Preferred / Asset Skills

• Citrix VDI environments
• HPE Synergy
• HPE SimpliVity
• Cisco UCS
• Project management experience
