Specialist, Cloud Infrastructure
We are looking for a skilled Specialist - Cloud Infrastructure to support the design, administration, and optimization of e7 Group’s cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments. This role will help ensure secure, scalable, and reliable cloud services while supporting infrastructure modernization, business continuity, and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, monitor, and optimize cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS, and hybrid environments.
- Provision and manage cloud resources such as virtual machines, storage, networking, databases, and identity services.
- Support cloud operations including maintenance, patching, upgrades, health monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Manage identity and access services including Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 administration, and authentication services.
- Support cloud security controls including conditional access, MFA, encryption, privileged access, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain backup, disaster recovery, replication, and business continuity solutions for critical systems.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for cloud infrastructure, virtualization platforms, and Microsoft cloud services.
- Support cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, automation, monitoring, and vendor coordination activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cloud Computing, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, systems administration, or a similar role.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra ID, VMware/Hyper-V, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, conditional access, encryption, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices.
- Experience with cloud migration, infrastructure monitoring, automation, and infrastructure management tools.
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Azure CLI, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud monitoring platforms is an advantage.
- Relevant certifications such as Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Administrator, VMware VCP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience within manufacturing, logistics, industrial, or diversified enterprise environments is an advantage.
