Position Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Cloud Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cloud infrastructure, ensuring system availability, and supporting cloud-based solutions that drive business growth. You will work with platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud to deploy, monitor, and maintain scalable, secure cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security across cloud platforms
• Automate deployments, backups, and monitoring using DevOps tools and best practices
• Collaborate with development and security teams to support cloud-based applications
• Optimize cloud resources to control costs and improve performance
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and ensure minimal downtime
• Maintain documentation of cloud architecture, configurations, and processes
• Stay updated on cloud technologies, certifications, and industry standards

Qualifications And Skills

• Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with cloud architecture, networking, and storage solutions
• Familiarity with Linux/Windows administration in cloud environments
• Hands-on experience with tools like Terraform, Ansible, Docker, or Kubernetes
• Basic scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Knowledge of cloud security, backup strategies, and disaster recovery
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
