Solution Architect (m/f/d) – GenAI / Conversational AI / Genesys Integration / Cloud (AWS / Kubernetes) / 100% / Zurich (ZH)

Project

As part of a Generative AI (GenAI) platform, innovative voice capabilities are being developed and integrated into production. The goal is to seamlessly connect a Genesys telephony system with a scalable AI platform within the bank's overall architecture.

Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Integration

• Design and implement the integration of Genesys with the GenAI platform, including data ingestion, model training, and API/endpoint design.

End-to-End Architecture Design

• Develop scalable, secure, and regulatory-compliant architectures spanning cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and on-premises systems.

Technical Standards & Blueprints

• Define and establish architectural standards and blueprints for databases (e.g., Amazon RDS, Microsoft SQL Server), applications, and platforms.

Voice & AI Use Cases

• Implement and integrate Speech-to-Text (ASR) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) solutions.

System Integration

• Ensure the seamless integration of AI components into existing cloud-based and legacy IT environments.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with Business Engineering, IT Architecture, and Security teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in DevOps and/or Solution Architecture.
• Strong expertise in system design and integration patterns, including:
• Microservices
• Event-driven architecture
• APIs
• Experience with Genesys and the integration of telephony/voice systems.
• Strong cloud expertise, preferably AWS (Azure experience is an advantage).
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Knowledge of AI and voice technologies, particularly:
• Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR)
• Text-to-Speech (TTS)
• Experience integrating AI solutions into complex IT environments across both cloud and on-premises infrastructures.
• Experience working in regulated environments (such as banking) is an advantage.
