We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Enterprise Architect!
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business strategy into IT roadmaps and architecture plans anchored in Microsoft technology platforms
- Define and govern architectural standards, policies, and frameworks aligned with Microsoft best practices and the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF)
- Design and optimize systems, applications, and technology landscapes leveraging Microsoft on-premises and cloud solutions
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, including Microsoft 365 adoption, Azure migration, and hybrid modernization efforts
- Evaluate Microsoft and third-party technologies and recommend solutions based on business fit, value, and alignment with the Microsoft ecosystem
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, communicating complex Microsoft solution designs and roadmaps clearly
- Support pre-sales activities with technical expertise in Microsoft solution architecture and licensing models
- Partner with delivery teams on Microsoft-based solution design, estimations, and risk analysis
- Ensure integration, consistency, and standardization across Microsoft platforms including Azure, Microsoft 365, and on-premises environments
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar senior architecture role, with a focus on Microsoft technologies
- Deep understanding of Microsoft on-premises platforms (Active Directory, Windows Server, SQL Server, Exchange) and their cloud counterparts
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure — including core IaaS/PaaS services, Azure networking, Azure Security, and Azure governance (Management Groups, Policy, Landing Zones)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 — including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft Purview
- Experience designing hybrid architectures spanning on-premises Microsoft infrastructure and Azure/M365 cloud services
- Familiarity with Microsoft security and compliance solutions, including Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Sentinel, and the Microsoft Cloud Security Benchmark (MCSB)
- Experience with IT strategy, architecture governance, and transformation programs within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Ability to connect business needs with Microsoft-based technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Microsoft certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500)
- Experience in consulting or Microsoft partner environments
- Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, SABSA, or the Microsoft Azure Well-Architected Framework (WAF)
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 or Azure AI/OpenAI Service solutions
- Pre-sales or client-facing experience in a Microsoft technology context
