Cross-Stack Solution Architect – Microsoft Cloud

We are looking for a senior Full Stack / Cross-Stack Solution Architect – Microsoft Cloud Presales to join our Europe cloud growth team, based out of Poland.

This is a client-facing presales and solutioning role for an experienced architect who can design scalable, secure, commercially viable, and delivery-ready solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem and adjacent technology stacks.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT services, consulting, or systems integration, with the ability to work across sales, delivery, Microsoft alliance teams, technical SMEs, and enterprise clients to shape opportunities from early discovery through proposal, solution defense, commercials, and delivery handover.

Your daily tasks:

• Lead presales solutioning for Microsoft Cloud and cross-stack transformation opportunities across Europe.
• Conduct client discovery workshops, understand business challenges, and translate requirements into practical solution architectures.
• Own or contribute to RFP, RFI, RFQ, proactive proposal, bid defense, solution presentation, and technical response activities.
• Design commercially viable solutions with clear scope, assumptions, dependencies, effort estimates, risks, delivery model, and business value.
• Architect end-to-end solutions across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Security, Data, AI, integration, DevOps, and hybrid cloud.
• Work closely with sales teams to shape win themes, value propositions, solution narratives, and differentiated client proposals.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are realistic, transitionable, and executable after deal closure.
• Collaborate with Microsoft field, partner, and alliance teams to align solutions with Microsoft priorities and co-sell motions.
• Build reusable solution assets such as reference architectures, proposal content, estimation models, demos, and solution playbooks.
• Present solution options, trade-offs, ROI, and implementation roadmaps to senior client stakeholders.

Our requirements:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, preferably in IT services, consulting, systems integration, or enterprise technology environments.
• Proven experience in presales, solution architecture, technical consulting, or cloud transformation roles.
• Strong Microsoft platform expertise across: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 Dynamics, 365Power Platform, Microsoft Security Microsoft Fabric / Data Platform ,Azure AI, Copilot, and emerging Agentic AI concepts
• Good understanding of cloud architecture, application modernization, data platforms, identity, security, integration, automation, DevOps, and managed services.
• Ability to design full-stack / cross-stack enterprise solutions across infrastructure, applications, data, security, workplace, and business applications.
• Experience with Azure landing zones, cloud migration, modernization, hybrid cloud, governance, FinOps, observability, and secure architecture patterns.
• Strong understanding of proposal solutioning, RFP response, effort estimation, pricing inputs, delivery assumptions, and solution governance.
• Ability to convert technical capabilities into business outcomes and client value propositions.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification.
• Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert.
• Microsoft 365, Azure Security, Azure AI, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Fabric, Azure AI, or Agentic AI solutioning will be a strong advantage.
