About the role and team
Sales Enablement at Uber means navigating ambiguity, earning trust fast, and solving problems that don't come with a script. In this role, you will be the primary architect of the skills, knowledge, and processes that empower our sales teams to move the real world. You aren't just delivering training; you are building the foundation for a high-performing commercial engine that operates at a massive, global scale across fast-evolving business lines like Uber Eats, Uber for Business, and our incubation ventures.
You will lead high-leverage programs in an environment where change is constant and the stakes are high. This requires a leader who can move fluidly between high-level strategy and hands-on implementation, bridging the gap between complex product roadmaps and real-world sales execution. If you lead with clarity, thrive in challenge, and are motivated by the measurable impact of learning on business growth, this is where you'll make your mark.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end design and execution of sales enablement roadmaps, including new hire onboarding, continuing education, and commercial skill certification.
- Diagnose systemic sales productivity gaps using data-driven insights from Salesforce and conversational intelligence tools to design repeatable, performance-improving playbooks.
- Navigate cross-functional complexity by partnering with Sales, Ops, and Product teams to align enablement priorities with regional business goals and global strategies.
- Orchestrate organizational change by leading the rollout of new sales methodologies, tech stack optimizations, and product launches to a diverse, global sales force.
- Champion a \"learner-first\" culture, delivering engaging in-person and virtual training sessions that simplify the complex and drive measurable, lasting behavioral change.
- Communicate with purpose to senior leadership, synthesizing program impact and sales performance metrics into clear narratives and strategic recommendations.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Sales Operations.
- Proven track record in customer-facing sales roles or coaching frontline sales staff in a high-growth B2B tech environment.
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering comprehensive training programs, including onboarding and skill-development playbooks.
- Proficiency in sales enablement technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Highspot) and building reporting from CRM data.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects with tight deadlines.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design for diverse audiences.
- Experience working in high-intensity startups or tech environments where priorities evolve rapidly.
- Mastery of stakeholder management, with the ability to build trust-based relationships across global time zones.
- Professional fluency in additional regional languages (e.g., Spanish, German, or Portuguese) where applicable.
- Experience leading sales events, offsites, or Sales Kickoff (SKO) planning.
- Graduate degree or equivalent certification in Project Management (PMP) or Change Management.
