As organizations continue accelerating their cloud transformation initiatives, the company is expanding its Infrastructure Engineering team to deliver enterprise-grade cloud architecture, server infrastructure, network modernization, and hybrid cloud solutions using leading technologies and global best practices.

Job Role

The Infrastructure Engineer will design, build, and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure across cloud, server, and network environments. Working closely with clients and technical teams, this role will participate in infrastructure architecture, cloud migration planning, technology selection, and technical consulting to deliver highly available, secure, and scalable IT platforms.

This position is ideal for infrastructure professionals who enjoy solving complex technical challenges while working with modern cloud technologies and enterprise infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise IT infrastructure across server, network, and cloud environments.
• Analyze business requirements and develop scalable infrastructure architectures that balance performance, availability, security, and cost.
• Design and optimize cloud infrastructure using AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Lead or support on-premises to cloud migration planning, implementation, and technical roadmap development.
• Develop infrastructure design documents, technical proposals, and implementation documentation.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and provide technical solutions to ensure system reliability and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project stakeholders, and clients throughout project delivery.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project team members while promoting infrastructure best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 5 years or more of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise server, network, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux administration.
• Solid understanding of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPN, and related infrastructure components.
• Practical experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience participating in infrastructure requirement gathering, solution architecture, and technical design.
• Ability to prepare technical proposals, architecture documentation, and design specifications.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and automation technologies is an advantage.
• AWS, Azure, or other cloud certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and client-focused mindset.
• Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above) is mandatory.
• Professional English communication skills are preferred.
