The salary range for this position is $190,000- $210,000.00 annually Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.

About The Role
The Director, Enterprise Technology Operations serves as the operational leader for Information Technology and the VP of Data & Technology's principal operational partner. This role owns enterprise technology operations, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity operations, identity, endpoint management, managed service governance, and operational execution while enabling strategic initiatives across ERP, enterprise applications, data and AI.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise infrastructure, cloud, network and endpoint operations.
- Own IT operations, service management and operational excellence.
- Govern the Managed Services Provider through SLAs, KPIs and QBRs.
- Own cybersecurity operations, identity and access management.
- Lead vendor, asset, licensing and operational budgets.
- Drive change, incident and problem management.
- Build and mentor the technology operations team.
- Support ERP modernization, enterprise integrations and acquisitions.
- Deliver executive operational dashboards and KPIs.
- Serve as operational delegate for the VP of Data & Technology.
