What You’ll Do

• Architect Customer Deployments: Design and guide implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing integrations across AWS, Azure, on-prem storage (e.g., SMB/NFS), and SaaS platforms (Microsoft 365, Snowflake, etc.).
• Interface Between Teams: Collaborate with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to align customer needs with product capabilities, and inform roadmap priorities.
• Enable AI-Powered Workflows: Architect data pipelines and backend systems that power real-time AI features like risk scoring, behavioral analytics, and anomaly detection.
• Customer-Facing Leadership: Work closely with CISOs, IT architects, and data owners to deliver white-glove onboarding and support for pilot programs and enterprise rollouts.
• Security by Design: Ensure that deployments meet enterprise-grade security, compliance, and privacy standards, leveraging encryption, least-privilege access, and secure network design.
• Proof-of-Value Ownership: Design and support tailored POCs that highlight the platform’s capabilities in real customer environments, connecting to large data lakes, file systems, cloud buckets, and directory services.

What We’re Looking For

• Technical Architecture Expertise: Experience designing and deploying scalable systems in cloud-native environments (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, etc.).
• Security Mindset: Deep understanding of enterprise security, IAM (e.g., SSO, SCIM, OAuth2), data classification, encryption-at-rest/in-transit, and zero-trust principles.
• Integration Experience: Familiarity with integrating platforms like Microsoft Graph API, Snowflake, AWS S3, SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Workspace, SMB/NFS, and third-party security tools.
• Strong Backend Fluency: Ability to engage deeply with backend technologies such as Python (FastAPI), Kafka, MongoDB, Redis, and Celery/Airflow orchestration pipelines.
• Customer-Facing Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders; experience working with enterprise clients is a must.
• Problem Solver: Creative thinker who can design flexible and scalable solutions across diverse customer environments.
• Bonus Points For: Experience in DSPM, DLP, insider threat programs, or data detection and response (DDR) architectures.
