As a Senior Solution Architect, you will:

• Provide strategic mentorship and technical solutions to optimize clients' digital workplace environments within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Lead projects and set standards for technical delivery, ensuring outstanding outcomes.
• Mentor and manage knowledge within the team, encouraging a collaborative atmosphere.
• Collaborate with Presales consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scope complicated projects.
• Develop detailed technical designs, project plans, and scopes of work.
• Conduct security reviews of infrastructure and applications to ensure a flawless operation.
• Develop comprehensive user documentation, including high-level designs, low-level designs, and proofs of concept.
• Assist in pre-sales activities and customer qualification for Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Stay current with the latest trends and features within the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems.
• Work with project managers to ensure deliverables are met on time.
• Identify and manage risks and issues within the project team.
• Maintain high ethical standards and work collaboratively with customer IT teams.
