LTIMindtree’s BlueVerse AI practice is driving large-scale enterprise AI transformation, helping organisations move from experimentation to secure, production-ready outcomes. We are seeking an experienced Azure AI Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of cloud-native, Generative AI and agentic AI solutions on Microsoft Azure. This role combines hands-on engineering with architecture leadership and senior stakeholder engagement, shaping multi-year AI roadmaps and delivering real business impact.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for architecting and delivering Azure-native AI solutions across complex enterprise environments. The role requires deep expertise in Python, Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, and modern LLM orchestration patterns, along with the ability to clearly articulate AI strategy and solutions to senior business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement GenAI and agentic AI solutions on Azure

Build intelligent agents using Azure AI Semantic Kernel, vector memory, and orchestration patterns

Design scalable AI pipelines, LLM integrations, and model optimisation workflows

Lead customer workshops, define AI strategies, and guide multi-year transformation programs

Provide technical leadership and best-practice guidance to delivery teams

Hands on experience and ready to do hands on keyboard activities

Skills & Experience

10+ years’ IT experience, including 5+ years on Azure

Strong Python engineering skills for LLM workflows and orchestration

Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, and vector databases

Practical knowledge of agentic AI, MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, and enterprise governance

Experience working in distributed, containerised environments (Kubernetes, Git)

Nice to Have

Microsoft Azure certifications (AI-102, AZ-204, Solutions Architect)

Experience with data engineering and large-scale data processing (PySpark, Databricks)
