Technology Transformation Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking a Managing Consultant with approximately 5 -8 years of consulting experience in technology strategy, specifically across cloud transformation, data strategy, and AI-driven business solutions. This role requires a unique blend of technology expertise, industry understanding, strategic problem-solving, and financial acumen to help clients define, shape, and execute their digital transformation agendas.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in top-tier technology or management consulting firms such as Accenture, IBM, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, or similar environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement & Delivery : Lead and deliver consulting engagements focused on cloud strategy, data modernization, AI/ML adoption, and enterprise technology transformation. Serve as a key client advisor, shaping strategic recommendations and translating technology capabilities into business value. Develop high‑quality deliverables including business cases, operating models, transformation roadmaps, and executive presentations.

2. Technology Strategy & Solutioning : Assess clients’ current technology landscapes and design future-state architectures across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data ecosystems, and AI operationalization frameworks. Evaluate emerging technologies and advise clients on adoption pathways, including platform choices, governance models, and cost structures. Collaborate with technical teams to align solution design with business priorities.

3. Financial & Commercial Acumen : Build and validate business cases for technology investments, including TCO/ROI analysis, cost modeling, and benefit realization planning. Contribute to proposal development, pricing, and commercial structures for consulting engagements.

4. Practice Development & Leadership : Contribute to thought leadership, methodology development, and internal capability building across cloud, data, and AI topics.

Support business development by shaping proposals, delivering client workshops, and participating in industry events.

Preferred Skills

Experience in technology consulting

Certifications in cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), data, or AI are a plus.

Experience in agile delivery environments.

Experience managing cross-functional teams.
