- Define and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy, including a 3–5 year technology roadmap aligned to business objectives.
- Manage and evolve the enterprise application portfolio, cross-border infrastructure, and technology standards.
- Lead IT integration for M&A activity and drive rationalization/modernization of legacy enterprise systems.
- Build and lead the IT Project Management Office (PMO), orchestrating hybrid Agile/SAFe/Waterfall delivery, capacity planning, vendor governance, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Design composable, API-led architectures (MACH: Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) and event-driven architecture using Kafka/Confluent.
- Guide next-generation infrastructure decisions, including high-density Wi-Fi (6E/7), Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI), and edge computing for low-latency use cases.
- Own multi-cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) and drive Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Ansible) with GitOps-based delivery.
- Lead the transition from monolithic data warehouses to Data Mesh/Fabric and design data pipelines that are ready for machine learning and generative AI use cases.
- Drive ITSM automation (ITAM) and maintain Business Capability / Value Stream maps using ArchiMate or UML.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to ensure architectural blueprints translate into funded, well-governed technology investments.
- 12–15+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, with demonstrated ownership of application portfolios and multi-year technology roadmaps.
- Strong track record leading large-scale M&A IT integrations and legacy system modernization.
- Proven experience building and leading an IT PMO, with hybrid Agile/SAFe/Waterfall delivery governance.
- Hands-on expertise in composable/API-led and event-driven architecture patterns.
- Solid grounding in multi-cloud architecture, Infrastructure-as-Code, and GitOps practices.
- Experience guiding data architecture modernization (Data Mesh/Fabric) and AI/ML-ready data pipelines.
- Familiarity with capability and value-stream modeling tools (ArchiMate, UML) and ITSM/ITAM automation.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
