Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking an AI Developer LEVEL 4 to provide technical vision and organizational leadership for AI initiatives while remaining hands-on in writing code. This role defines and owns enterprise-wide AI technical architecture, leads high-impact AI transformations, and serves as a trusted subject matter expert to executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

- Define and own enterprise-wide AI technical architecture

- Lead highly complex, high-impact AI transformation initiatives

- Serve as a trusted AI/ML subject matter expert to executive leadership

- Establish governance and ethical AI frameworks

- Set long-term technical standards and mentor top technical talent

- Anticipate industry trends and guide strategic investment in emerging AI technologies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

- 15+ years of experience in software engineering and applied AI

- Strong Python proficiency

- Proven experience designing scalable, distributed AI systems

- Recognized expert in AI/ML with enterprise-scale impact

- Extensive experience in system architecture, cloud platforms, and data ecosystems

- Strong leadership and strategic communication skills
