Ideal candidate would meet the following requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in the field of IT, functional analysis & architecture design (preferred experience in consulting companies or other client-facing roles in international environment);
- Higher IT / technical education or equivalent (ideally with business acumen);
- Experience with at least four of the following architecture concepts: BPM, Digital Commerce, Omnichannel, Mobile, ERP (esp. modules: Finance, Logistics, Production), CRM, Data Lakehouse, Customer Data Platform, Security Architecture (OWASP, CIAM), Integration Platforms, Marketing Automation, Cloud Iaas/PaaS, Cloud Native, Microservices;
- Professional experience in at least two of the industries: Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, Public Administration, Health, Automotive, Technology, Media and Telecommunications, Energy, Manufacturing;
- Knowledge and practical experience in at least one business or application modelling notation & one project management methodology;
- Ability to define and execute the architecture strategy and to apply architectural patterns in an architecture design;
- Knowledge of architecture patterns and TOGAF9 framework;
- Ability to present, influence, and clearly communicate architecture concepts in front of various stakeholders, including C-level executives and non-IT audience;
- Knowledge of basic cloud architecture aspects & familiarity with SOA paradigm, process management concepts, and integration patterns;
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, especially coaching junior team members, high level of empathy, and assertiveness;
- Highly independent and proactive, with a 'can-do' attitude and a strong willingness to learn quickly;
- Fluency in English;
- Polish residence is required.
