About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what it’s like to work at the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. As part of your internship in the BAP, there will also be opportunities for networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of iOS architecture and foundational modules;
• Support the design and implementation of reusable components, tools, and frameworks for iOS applications;
• Participate in improving code quality, performance, stability, and engineering efficiency;
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize app architecture, module structure, and development workflows;
• Help identify and troubleshoot technical issues in iOS applications;
• Contribute to internal tooling, automation, and developer experience improvements;
• Work with cross-functional teams to support product and technical initiatives when needed;

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• Hands-on experience in iOS development;
• Familiarity with Swift and/or Objective-C
• Understanding of iOS fundamentals, including:
  UIKit and/or SwiftUI
  app lifecycle
  networking
  multithreading basics
  memory management
• Basic understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms;
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn;
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Available for a 6-month full-time commitment;
