Overview:
Hands-on technical leadership role responsible for enterprise network infrastructure, team management, network design, security, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of network engineers and serve as escalation point for complex issues.
- Design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, VPNs, wireless, and UCaaS/CCaaS environments.
- Manage network security, monitoring, performance, hardware lifecycle, and upgrades.
- Support hybrid cloud networking across Azure/AWS/Google Cloud.
- Lead network projects including office expansions, data center migrations, and cloud integrations.
- Manage vendors and maintain network documentation and diagrams.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, server, and cybersecurity teams.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of network engineering experience with 3–5 years in leadership.
- Strong Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, Meraki, Arista, and cloud networking experience.
- Expertise in BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, QoS, VPNs, firewalls, and Zero Trust.
- Experience with network automation/monitoring tools and cloud-based UCaaS/CCaaS.
- BS/BA in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
