Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

We are looking for a Senior Architect Consultant to provide strategic architecture leadership across HR technology, Finance technology, and the broader employee platform ecosystem. This individual will play a key role in defining and evolving technology architectures that support employee experiences, business operations, cloud adoption, platform modernization, and AI-enabled process improvements.

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, SaaS applications, and integration strategies, with a strong understanding of how platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, AWS, and Azure work together to deliver seamless employee and business experiences. This role requires strong technical leadership, collaboration skills, and the ability to influence technology and business stakeholders without direct organizational ownership.

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in one or more technology domains, such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics
• 3+ years of experience in solution design, implementation, or consulting for applications and infrastructure.
• 8+ years of IT development, implementation, or consulting experience in the software or internet industries
