As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Technical Consultant to join our Platforms Practice and play a key role in delivering Microsoft Cloud and Infrastructure solutions for a diverse range of enterprise and mid-market clients.

This is a hands-on consulting role ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, engaging directly with customers, and delivering impactful outcomes across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and hybrid infrastructure environments.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Technical Consultant, you'll work across project delivery, solution design and client advisory engagements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and delivering Azure and hybrid cloud solutions
• Leading infrastructure transformation and migration projects
• Implementing Microsoft 365 technologies including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and Entra ID
• Designing Azure Landing Zones and governance frameworks
• Delivering identity, security and compliance solutions
• Producing high-quality technical documentation and solution designs
• Facilitating client workshops and providing trusted technical guidance
• Supporting pre-sales activities including solution scoping and technical proposals
• Collaborating closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects and Managed Services teams

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a consultant who combines strong technical capability with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

You'll bring:

Essential Experience

• 5+ years' experience in Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering or Technical Consulting
• Strong Microsoft Azure design and implementation experience
• Deep knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory and core infrastructure services
• Experience delivering Microsoft 365 deployments and migrations
• Strong understanding of hybrid identity and access management
• Experience with Azure networking, security and governance
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience
• Proven ability to engage directly with customers and lead technical discussions

Highly Regarded

• Azure Landing Zone implementation experience
• Infrastructure-as-Code exposure (Terraform, Bicep or ARM)
• Microsoft Defender, Purview and security technologies
• Azure migration project experience
• Consulting or Professional Services background

Certifications (Highly Valued)

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert
• SC-300 Identity and Access Administrator
• Additional Microsoft Cloud certifications
