Primary Responsibilities
- Design and document technical architectures that align with enterprise standards and business goals
- Conduct architectural reviews and assessments to ensure scalability, security, and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product owners, to guide technical implementation
- Identify opportunities for technology optimization and innovation within existing systems
- Manage and maintain architectural artifacts and repositories
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architecture analysts
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable technical blueprints
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- 5+ years of full software development lifecycle experience (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- 3+ years of experience in application, data, integration, and infrastructure architecture concepts
- 2+ years of technical experience in leadership (senior level mentoring acceptable)
- 2+ years of proven experience with architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and modeling tools
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, or equivalent enterprise platforms
- Experience with Java, React and Typescript
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect)
- Experience working within the healthcare industry or a similarly regulated environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic thinking
