We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design, develop, and oversee scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions that align with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience translating business requirements into technical solutions, designing system architectures, integrating multiple applications and platforms, and working closely with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure successful implementation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable, secure, and reliable solution architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical architecture and solution designs.
  • Define system components, integrations, APIs, data flows, and technology standards.
  • Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements, modernization, and optimization opportunities.
  • Design and oversee integrations between internal systems, third-party applications, APIs, and external platforms.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, business stakeholders, and other technical teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Provide technical guidance and architectural direction to development teams.
  • Ensure solutions meet requirements for scalability, security, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Identify technical risks, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Review technical designs, system specifications, and implementation approaches.
  • Support the development team in resolving complex technical and architectural challenges.
  • Establish and maintain architecture documentation, standards, and best practices.
  • Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions that can improve business processes and technology capabilities.
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with relevant security, compliance, and data protection requirements.

    • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in software development, systems architecture, solution architecture, or a related technical role.
    • Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-level technology solutions.
    • Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and principles.
    • Experience with APIs, microservices, cloud technologies, databases, system integrations, and distributed systems.
    • Strong knowledge of technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
    • Experience working with REST APIs, messaging systems, authentication, and third-party integrations.
    • Strong understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
    • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and modern software development methodologies.
    • Strong understanding of application security and system performance.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

    Candidates should have experience with several of the following:

    Certifications such as the following will be an advantage:

    • AWS Solutions Architect
    • Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect
    • Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
    • TOGAF
    • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)


    Ideal Candidate Profile

    The ideal candidate is a technically strong professional who can operate at both the strategic and technical levels. They should be comfortable engaging with business stakeholders to understand requirements while also working closely with engineering teams to translate those requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions.
