Senior Platform Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join the team building an Enterprise Agent Development Platform — a production-grade, cloud-native ecosystem that enables engineering teams to define, orchestrate, deploy, and observe AI agents at scale. The platform standardizes agent development across the organization using LangGraph and Strands Agents on AWS AgentCore Runtime, providing a single-file developer experience where the platform handles runtime, tooling, observability, and deployment automatically. The initiative spans agent framework design, runtime architecture, marketplace integration, CI/CD automation, and enterprise-grade observability — reducing agent development from months to days while enforcing consistent security, quality, and governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Integrate AWS AgentCore Evaluation API as a CI/CD deployment gate using on-demand mode
• Configure GitHub Actions workflows to enforce evaluation-based deployment gating
• Set up online evaluation with configurable sampling rates using AgentCore online mode
• Build CloudWatch dashboards to track per-agent, per-evaluator evaluation scores over time
• Configure CloudWatch alarms to detect and flag quality degradation thresholds
• Maintain and refine CI/CD pipelines to support consistent quality gates across agent deployments
• Collaborate with platform teams to align evaluation gating with governance and security standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in platform or DevOps engineering
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration for quality gates
• Experience in CloudWatch dashboard and alarm design
• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AWS AgentCore Evaluation online mode sampling configuration
• Knowledge of AWS AgentCore Runtime version comparison using evaluation for regression detection
• Familiarity with CloudWatch EMF for structured evaluation score metrics
• Familiarity with native AI cloud services such as AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, and Azure AI
• Background in designing, building, and operating AI agents and agentic frameworks
• Familiarity with coding agents such as Claude Code, OpenCode, Cursor, Trae, and Antigravity

Salary range €3.8K-€5.7K gross, based on your experience and interview results.
