About The Role
This position bridges traditional IT administration with modern DevOps practices and Zero Trust architecture. You will be the essential link ensuring operational efficiency, process automation, and seamless, productive workflows for our employees worldwide.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Design and scale hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Implement Zero Trust network access and maintain corporate networks
- Manage corporate devices (MDM) and endpoint security
- Administrate SaaS platforms and integrate cross-system workflows
- Maintain monitoring and observability systems, alongside disaster recovery plans
- Oversee domains, DNS, and developer account management
- Drive operational standards throughout the organization
- Solid experience managing hybrid cloud environments, particularly AWS, with practical skills in virtualization and containerization like Docker.
- Technical expertise in identity management using Okta integrated with Entra ID or Google Workspace, alongside comprehensive administration of Linux, Windows, and macOS.
- Confident design of Zero Trust network architectures using tools like Cisco Meraki and Wireguard, with hands-on endpoint security management via platforms like Jamf Pro and VMware Workspace ONE.
- Operational approach rooted in ITIL v4 principles, utilizing monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana and managing service workflows in Jira or Freshservice.
- Ability to take full ownership of system health and security, using critical thinking to resolve complex architectural obstacles and facilitate clear cross-team communication.
- Success in dynamic environments, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on organizational security and efficiency.
- A strong customer-centric mindset, always seeking to improve internal service levels and minimize friction for users.
- Skill in building relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and non-technical teams to align IT goals with business needs.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive during stressful situations, such as critical system outages or compliance audits.
- Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or n8n to optimize workflows.
- Experience working with corporate systems and databases, such as SQL environments, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance audits, specifically standards like ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
