Senior DevOps Engineer

Join a Platform Engineering team building and maintaining modern cloud infrastructure for a global digital platform. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will design, automate, and optimize cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and GitOps workflows while supporting scalable Kubernetes environments across multiple projects. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern DevOps technologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to platform reliability, security, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and deployments.
• Implement and maintain GitOps workflows using Argo CD.
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform and Crossplane.
• Monitor platform health, improve reliability, and optimize infrastructure performance.
• Perform cloud maintenance, security updates, and infrastructure cost optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, conduct technical evaluations, and support Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Continuously improve platform engineering practices and DevOps processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps, Platform, or Cloud Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including troubleshooting, upgrades, Helm, and Kustomize.
• Strong AWS experience, particularly with EKS, networking, and cloud services.
• Experience implementing GitOps workflows with Argo CD.
• Advanced experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with Docker, Linux, and CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Strong understanding of multi-environment deployment strategies.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and cloud operations.
• Experience supporting multiple engineering teams and projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• English level: B2.

• Experience with Crossplane.
• Experience with AWS Control Tower.
• Experience building or supporting Internal Developer Platforms (IDP).
• Advanced GitOps practices and platform engineering experience.
• Experience with GitHub administration.
• Experience with AI-powered developer tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
