Join a team of specialists that provide program analysis, process improvement, and metrics for Honeywell Aerospace. You will be a partner with the Integrated program team to develop program plans, create cost and schedule baselines for large complex programs across multiple sites. You will recommend improvement actions for process and tool implementation and will interact with global program management Team, Business leaders and customers. You will coach and mentor Project Analysts with less experience to improve their skills and capabilities.
This is a hybrid position located in Plymouth, MN.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads in development of initial program baselines (cost or schedule) for high-risk development programs.
- Prepare and Analyze Cost Report Data
- EAC Management on complex programs. Perform cost walk and analysis
- Leads Compliant Baseline Change Management
- Ensure Cost and Schedule Integration
- Leads IPT through internal and external Earned Value audit preparation
- Proactively and Effectively Communicates with Integrated Product Team and Customers
- Assist with identifying root cause and impact analysis. Recommend corrective actions
- Improve processes
- Mentor Other Program Team Members
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- 7 years’ experience in EVM (Earned Value Management)
- 7 years’ experience in External Cost or Schedule Reporting
- Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or an individual with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
WE VALUE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Math, Finance or Economics or related field
- Security Clearance
- Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
- Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
- User experience of SAP system
- Proficient Microsoft Office package skills e.g. Excel, Project, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
- Experience in financial data compilation, analysis and metrics management
- Project Management certification
- Cost Reporting Generation: CPR, IPMR, IPMDAR, CFSR
- External Integrated Master Schedule Reporting: Microsoft Project, SSI Tool
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable
