General Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Information Technologies, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud and system infrastructure administration.
- Strong operational and management experience in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience with Hybrid Infrastructure architectures (on-premises and cloud).
- Proficient in Linux (preferably Ubuntu and CentOS) and Windows Server operating systems.
- Knowledge of SCCM or ManageEngine, SQL, and VMware technologies, preferably with hands-on experience.
- Good command of technical English, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and crisis management skills.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and highly organized with strong documentation and process management discipline.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Technical Responsibilities
- Design, implement, manage, and continuously improve Azure infrastructure and cloud services.
- Manage Azure resource utilization and cost optimization initiatives.
- Administer Azure networking components including Virtual Networks (VNet), Subnets, Network Security Groups (NSG), Route Tables, VPNs, and VNet Peering.
- Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Defender solutions, including Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Defender for Office 365, and Defender for Endpoint.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access policies, identity lifecycle management, and authentication services.
- Monitor Azure Security Center recommendations and continuously improve the organization's Secure Score and security posture.
- Manage Microsoft Purview compliance processes and implement Zero Trust security principles through Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, and Azure Policy.
- Administer and maintain Windows Server and Active Directory infrastructure.
- Support and manage VMware virtualization environments.
- Execute and improve Backup, Disaster Recovery (DR), and Business Continuity (BCP) processes.
- Take an active role in infrastructure modernization projects and operational process improvements.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support services and fulfill business requests from employees while maintaining a high level of internal customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve infrastructure, software, and hardware-related issues.
- Ensure all IT applications and infrastructure components remain available, secure, and compliant with organizational requirements.
- Follow technological developments and evaluate opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
Required Technical Competencies
- Experience developing automation solutions using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or similar scripting and automation tools.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, VPN technologies, and general networking concepts.
- Experience with performance monitoring, capacity planning, system optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices, security frameworks, and the Zero Trust security model.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management, patch management, and endpoint administration processes.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, KVKK, GDPR, and related information security standards.
- Experience with application licensing, software asset management, and IT inventory management processes
