JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage, maintain, and continuously improve Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure across the enterprise environment.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage, Load Balancers, and related Azure services.
• Manage Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery (ASR) solutions to ensure business continuity and disaster recovery readiness.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Hybrid Identity, and Microsoft 365 Hybrid environments.
• Manage VMware vSphere virtualization platforms, including capacity planning, performance optimization, and operational support.
• Administer core Microsoft infrastructure services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, DFS, IIS, and Certificate Services.
• Support the administration of Exchange Hybrid and Exchange DAG environments.
• Manage endpoint administration using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Administer enterprise storage, SAN, and physical server infrastructures.
• Manage enterprise backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, analyze system alerts, perform capacity planning, and implement proactive improvements.
• Automate operational processes using PowerShell scripting.
• Participate in infrastructure projects, including solution design, implementation, migration, testing, and production deployment.
• Ensure system security, availability, and compliance with corporate Information Security policies and standards.
• Participate in on-call and 24/7 operational support when required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise System Administration.
• Strong hands-on experience managing Microsoft Windows Server environments.
• Solid experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, DFS, IIS, and Certificate Services.
• Proven experience administering enterprise Microsoft Azure environments.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Azure Storage, Azure Backup, and Azure Site Recovery.
• Experience managing Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Hybrid Identity architectures.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 Hybrid environments.
• Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere administration, troubleshooting, and capacity management.
• Experience with enterprise Storage and SAN infrastructures (e.g., Hitachi, Pure Storage).
• Experience with enterprise backup solutions such as Commvault, Veeam, or equivalent platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring solutions such as PRTG, Zabbix, or ManageEngine.
• Experience developing automation scripts using PowerShell.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Linux server administration.
• Good command of English, with the ability to understand technical documentation and communicate effectively with technology vendors.
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Windows Server Hybrid Administrator (AZ-800 / AZ-801)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Cloud
• Experience with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
• Experience with Azure Arc
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 Information Security Management System
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT Service Management best practices
